Program Directors (Nationwide)

Our Program Directors are responsible for taking the lead on individual client projects, with duties that include managing resources, budgets, and client relationships. Program Directors work with both designers and clients in order to assess needs and develop and implement learning programs. Individuals seeking to enter the role of Program Director must possess significant business experience, the ability to adeptly manage multiple projects and tasks, and the ability to work with and meet the needs of a wide variety of clients.

Instructional Designers (Nationwide)

We are currently seeking creative individuals to join our team as Instructional Designers. Learning professionals occupying this key role work to develop simulations and WorkTanks that are highly customized to each of our client’s line of business. Instructional Designers are also responsible for working with their teams and with clients to determine client needs, establish program objectives and achieve goals. Candidates for the role of Instructional Designer must be innovative, detail-oriented, and eager to develop superior learning solutions.

Account Managers (Chicago, California, England, Dallas)

Regis Learning Solutions is looking for knowledgeable corporate learning professionals to join the company as Account Managers. We are currently seeking individuals in Chicago, California, England and Dallas for this role. Our Account Managers serve as the primary liaison between clients and our company. They consistently work to maintain excellence in current client relationships and to develop relationships with new clients. Candidates for the role of Account Manager must possess excellent client relations skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts, and a thorough understanding of business simulations.

Interns and Fellows (Golden, CO)

At RLS, we are committed to developing the next generation of learning leaders and we are always looking for interns who are curious about the organizational development, training and simulation space. RLS is also a participating member of the Rockland Fellows Program, a nine-month leadership development and community outreach program for recent college graduates.
