Kevin Himmel Appointed Managing Director of Regis Learning Solutions

DENVER, May 1, 2009—Regis Learning Solutions (RLS), a leading provider of custom and ready-to-deploy business simulations and other experiential learning solutions, announced today that Kevin Himmel has been appointed managing director of RLS.

An accomplished business consultant, performance consultant and instructional designer with more than 12 years of experience in the learning and development sector, Himmel has led more than 100 client learning projects across a wide array of industries while at RLS. He specializes, in particular, in working with Fortune 500 organizations such as Ernst & Young, McDonald’s, and Hyatt Corporation to implement large-scale learning and performance improvement programs.

In his new role as managing director, Himmel will assume responsibility for all RLS commercial learning projects—from the analysis phase through all stages of implementation—and will handle oversight and management of all client-facing project teams.

Himmel has worked for RLS since the company’s inception in 2003. Prior to his appointment as managing director, he served as an RLS program director and was responsible for leading individual client projects. He holds a master’s degree in instructional technology from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in management and entrepreneurship from Northern Illinois University.
