Kathy Kittelsen Joins Regis Learning Solutions as a Program Director

DENVER, May 1, 2009—Regis Learning Solutions (RLS), a leading provider of custom and ready-to-deploy business simulations and other experiential learning solutions, announced today that Kathy Kittelsen will join the company as a program director.

Kittelsen has 20 years of consulting experience in both the public and private sectors. Her background includes strategic planning, business process reengineering, program management, organizational development, change management, development and implementation of traditional and blended learning programs, large-scale project management, and software analysis, design, and implementation.

“Kathy’s consulting expertise, coupled with her extensive background in learning and performance improvement, will further enhance RLS’s ability to assess client needs and build effective learning solutions,” says Michael Vaughan, president and CEO of RLS.

Prior to joining RLS, Kittelsen founded Alpine Magic LLC, a management consulting company focused on strategy and performance improvement for large government agencies and Fortune 100 companies. She is also the co-founder of Curio Systems, a software and consulting firm focused on Relevance InformaticsSM, data analysis, and automated response systems.

Kittelsen holds an undergraduate degree in operations research and industrial engineering, an MBA with a concentration in operations management and information systems, and a post-graduate certificate in organization development and change management.
